When you make a vehicle selection on employeecarpurchase.com we want you to be satisfied.  This is the reason why we extend this special policy to you.

Satisfaction Policy Terms and Conditions

• If the purchaser is not satisfied in any way with the vehicle, the purchaser may cancel the purchase within a 72 business hour period that commences upon the purchaser’s date of delivery and receipt. 
• The purchaser must notify employeecarpurchase.com by calling 800-764-7400 before the expiration of the 72 hour period.  At the time of notice, the purchaser must state the reason for dissatisfaction and provide an accurate reading of the mileage on the odometer.
• Purchaser agrees not to drive the vehicle once notice of the return has been given employeecarpurchase.com
• This policy applies to vehicles that have not been driven more than 150 miles per day since the date of delivery and receipt.  Vehicles driven beyond that mileage limit are not covered by this policy.
• Any vehicle covered by this policy must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to the purchaser except for mileage.  Vehicles that have been damaged since the purchaser’s date of delivery and receipt by collision, fire, theft, flood, hail, abuse, negligence are among but not limited to the events that would cause a vehicle to be ineligible for return under this policy.
• Upon notice from the purchaser, employeecarpurchase.com will provide instructions to the purchaser for returning the vehicle.  Purchaser agrees to cooperate with employeecarpurchase.com in following the instructions. 
• Employeecarpurchase.com or its designated agent will inspect the vehicle upon its return to confirm that the terms of this policy have been met.  Within 5 business days from report of this confirmation, employeecarpurchase.com will refund the price stated in the Purchase Agreement covering the vehicle to the purchaser or the purchaser’s lender if the vehicle purchase price was financed.
• Purchaser agrees to keep physical damage, collision and liability insurance in effect until the refund of the purchase price is received.
• Purchaser shall be required to purchase the vehicle if (i) the vehicle is not returned within 72 hours of delivery, (ii) upon the Purchaser’s return of the vehicle the mileage exceeds 150 miles per day since it was delivered to the Purchaser and/or (iii) the vehicle is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to the Purchaser other than mileage
